This has been my breakfast since last month! I have been eating this for weeks. I am still not sick of it, but loving it!
What’s inside this bowl? 1 organic red apple cut into cubes, 1 tablespoon of lecithin granules, 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed with 4 or 5 big spoonfulls of instant oats. On certain days, I add in dried cranberries. (like in this photo)
Add in low fat milk. (My sis insists we drink low fat milk at home, so that’s the only milk we buy now)
I use instant oats because it does not need cooking. I love sleeping and rush to work every morning. So instant oats is the way to go for me. I also don’t like warm milk. ;-p
I think it’s delicious, but sis does not like it. LOL
She likes her Special K.
