Noodles Stall @ Arts Canteen, NUS

It has been months since my colleagues and I ate at the Arts Canteen. We are usually too lazy to travel far away. (I can hear u all say, ya right…. haha)

Walking around, one colleague and I decided to have Bak Chor Mee. (I had Kuey Teow, so it should be Bak Chor Kuey Teow )

Colleague said that this might be the healthiest noodles ever. There’s so little oil, no lardy crispy stuff in it too. It’s filled with veggies too. If your eyes are sharp, you might see something in it. ‘Tong Cai’, just beside the fish ball. (the salty pickle veg is unhealthy right?)

One of the fun thing is to mix everything up.
$2 only and it has minced pork, mushrooms, 2 fish balls, 2 pork balls, sliced fish cakes, sliced lettuce and bean sprouts with Kuey Teow.

The queue’s usually quite long. But it was ok when we came. phew!
