This series is dinner at Prego at Swissotel Stamford.Prego regularly change their menu, that’s something nice about it. The Starter, call Caprese (Tomato Salad) – $22It’s Buffalo Mozzarella, Tomato and Wild Rockets with Olive Oil. Quite delicious actually.

How can you go to a Seafood restaurant without having seafood right? Yummy yummy prawns! Just look how wonderful the colour is!

Hmm.. Beef is not seafood, but anyway, it’s on the menu anyway. Black Pepper Beef. It’s 3/4 done. So, its just nice, not tough at all.
