Met up with Care Group mates for dinner earlier before Care Group. All of us ate Beef Noodles from Thaksin. It has been a long time since we came here.
I think their signboard has changed too. Now they have 4 different prices for the noodles. OK, I just forgot what was it I ordered, but it was the 5.50 set. The most expensive is now 6.50. It was something like Value, Supreme and two others I forgot.
Someone wanted more kuey teow and more veg, and had to add 20 cents for each. So his was $5.90
Think they have 4 branches in Singapore. This stall I ate was at 449 Clementi Avenue 3, just behind Fairprice, opposite OCBC.
It was nice to have their beef noodles again. Reminds me of Vietnamese Noodles that I used to eat a lot in Richmond, Victoria, Australia.
Which other beef noodles stall do you like? I wonder where the one at the former Scotts Foodcourt moved to. Anyone knows?

Is this the same as the one you had at Seah Im? That one the board says: Standard, Value, Supreme and Take away. Also call Thaksin Beef Noodles ๐ hahaha.>>http://singapuradailyphoto.blogspot.com/2007/06/thaksin-beef-noodles-seah-im.html
The one at Clementi had new categories. Not Take away. haha..>>Did not have my camera with me when ordering food. haha..
This looks good!>But how does it taste?>>Alex>< HREF="http://www.kakinan.com/alex" REL="nofollow">Alex’s World! – http://www.kakinan.com/alex<>
So is this the Viet version? But it’s not pho leh!>And it’s named so Thai….>>You should come TW lah. Beef noodles capital. But hor, I still prefer those HOck Lam street beef noodles to the beef noodles here.
Which beef noodles is it in Richmond? I used to frequent Mekong in Melbourne ๐
Yah.. sound like thai version. ๐ but definitely worth a try.. ๐ and not ex either. ๐
I like the one in lavender food square! Hmm…good question about the former Scotts one.
I tried this last week, it is very boring, nothing like the Vitoria’s beef pho, far far far from it!
