Chestnuts!
These are chestnuts! Have you seen them in the original form?
This might be more familiar with you all. The ones that are roasted and ready to be sold.
This stall is selling 1/2 kg for $4.

In Japan, they are called 天心甘栗 and you can buy them even at some train stations.
