This series is dinner at Prego at Swissotel Stamford.Prego regularly change their menu, that’s something nice about it. The Starter, call Caprese (Tomato Salad) – $22It’s Buffalo Mozzarella, Tomato and Wild Rockets with Olive Oil. Quite delicious actually.
