Two of us had the Sirlion Burger. I must say it is delicious. Chopped up beef sirlion made into beef patties.
This is the description according to the menu: a corduroy&finch bestseller larger version, omega3 rich 2 inch yellow fin tuna steak done rare, smothered in a wasabi cream + vine-ripe tomatoes nicely tucked in a sesame spotted bun.
I wonder why it’s called übertower. It has 15 rings with 2 diff types of sauce. It’s not too bad, but I prefer Tony Roma’s Onion Loaf. 🙂
