The dishes you will learn:
– Anjou Chicken, Sweet Potato, Sorrel
– Halibut, Confit Egg, Coppa

The recipes provided by British Michelin starred Chef and Restaurateur Marcus Wareing, Chef Consultant for Burnt. www.marcuswareingrestaurants.com

It’s tomorrow!
