Lunch was same old stuff that I posted before, so I shall post my dinner.
Yup, I only had this for dinner. Followed by an apple 2 hours later.
Calorie control. Cause weekend’s got dinners arranged.
What’s in it?
– Chicken fillet, that has been stir fried with garlic, french herbs and 1 tiny bit of oyster sauce.
– 1 red capsicum
– 1 yellow capsicum
– 12 honey cheery tomatoes
– Pink Thai Pomelo (half pomelo, left over from 2 nites ago that has been peeled)
– Organic Lettuce
– 1 orange, cut into chunks
– 1 teaspoon of honey and some juice of the orange for dressing, with a little oil from the stir fried chicken.
Mixed them up and eat.
